Request Animal Food / Supplies

If you are struggling to pay for food or supplies for your family animals, please fill out this form to request food or supplies for your family animals. Your information is always confidential. We will contact you as soon as your request is filled.

How it works: 

1. Fill out the request form 

2. If you are requesting from Wilmington, please select a distribution date. We will deliver your items on the date you selected and send you an email once they have been delivered. 

3. If you are requesting from Somerville, we will reach out to you about coordinating a delivery. 

We do our best to accommodate requests for specific brands or types of food but if we do not have that food in storage, we will do our best to match as close as possible.
