Why we need this program.

A little about our WHY

Animal surrender rates have skyrocketed while adoption rates have plummeted. This has resulted in increased euthanasia rate in shelters for the first time in 5 years.

Our solution? Prevent surrenders before they even happen. 

​

As many as 30% of surrenders are due to temporary financial hardship. In other words, something unexpected happens and a family can no longer afford food or supplies for their animals. 

​

We believe home is where animals belong so we provide support for families until they can get back on their feet (or paws).
